To get rid of gas and fossil fuel heating in the built environment will require upgrades to the energy performance of many buildings. In 2 workshops, Danish and Dutch civil servants will learn from each other and expert consultants, in order to gain inspiration and tools to accelerate their green initiatives.

Municipalities have a leading role in the Dutch and Danish green transition. In these workshops, participants will get the chance to participate in in-depth discussions on how municipalities can contribute to the roll out of low temperature, green heating. Getting the building stock ready for low temperature heating is simultaneously a technical, legal, financial and social challenge, and municipalities have a lot to gain from getting the right tools in place.

Participants are expected to participate in both workshops (6th and 20th of June). Input from the first workshop will be used during the second one.
